Many annual sports releases feel like mere cash-ins – FIFA 13 felt like a must-have, and in my view is a better game than the subsequent instalment, FIFA 14. The matches themselves received welcome updates (notably to the defending mechanics) which allowed for greater realism and complex play, while the addition of a vastly improved transfer and contract system helped give Manager Mode added depth.

I've tried really hard to get into Valorant but I just can't because of its extremely boring, repetitive gameplay. It may seem odd that an instalment of EA’s annual sports franchise makes it into such esteemed company, but FIFA 13 deserves it for simply being the best football simulation ever made. You can't do 1 way smokes, or creative pop-flashes, or lineup a mad smoke from spawn and I also hate how the smokes in the game are hollow? Like why can you see inside the smoke, it makes no sense. And I know for a fact theres a few others but I honestly can't remember the names.Īlso, there is no grenade sandbox like there is in CS. The British guy that can throw them around corners, its just a flashbang.

The Australian one that has the bird, its just a flashbang. I can't remember the names of the other agents but there must be like 4/5 that have the same ability.
Raze 3 game freak plus#
Plus half of the abilities in the game are just glorified flashbangs. In terms of abilities in Valorant, if Attackers had half of the agents in the game, then Defenders had another half it would make it less boring since fights would be between different agents instead of just Raze vs Raze for example. It just mixes up the gameplay especially when CT's can get their hands on an AK because then you don't want to lose it. T's have Molotov, CT's have a proper Incendiary grenade. And then the CT's have the M4A4, M4A1-S, USP, Famas, MP9 etc. What I mean by this is that both sides have access to the same weapons, same abilities, same everything, whereas in CS, T's have the AK, the Glock, the Galil, the Mac-10, the Krieg. The main thing I don't like about it, is the fact that it's completely symmetrical. I would mention one more thing that personally, I actually sucked at the game alot. Not a consistent gameplay.ĥ : wrong buy, buying for your teammate etc were actually handled pretty nicely and I liked it.Īnyway that's my views. Both class shooters but work in different ways)Ĥ : it suffers from the same problems that MOBAs have i.e too much going on at the same time & it's always gonna be unbalanced in some way because of Agents and their abilities and always gonna get patched every week or month or so. Not something I prefer (this is also one of the reason why I disliked Overwatch as well and am a big fan of TF2. The powers in Valorant are not equal to just utilities in CSGO and are in fact more OP and can win you matches alone. Random sprays instead of a set spray pattern isn't fun or viable in a competitive shooter.ģ : this is rather personal one but I rather enjoy CSGO the most because of how skill based and skill centered it is without any character power BS or any Ults or that sort of thing. Not satisfying at all and rather annoying.Ģ : shooting mechanics are weird. Characters feel heavy for some reason, it feels like you are dragging them throughout the map instead of just running. Haven't played or followed in some time, some things I mention and elaborate might have changed over time, for better or for worse.
